Remove a word learned from one of the caller's own corrections. The word is not learned again automatically; it can still be added by hand. Any other entry answers VOCABULARY_NOT_LEARNED.
When a person corrects a dictated text, each corrected word is added to their own private vocabulary at once and listed in the learned field of Submit a correction for auto-learn. This endpoint is the undo for one of those words. A copy that automatic sharing has already added to a shared list stays in that list.
